On November 08, 2021, distinguished Dr. Joseph Mercola published an article titled, "Dr. Mercola Files Lawsuit Against US Sen. Elizabeth Warren".
The First Amendment appears to have been disregarded and information contrary to the mainstream narrative was seemingly suppressed. The alleged suppression of free speech by Elizabeth Warren often referred to as 'Pocahontas', comes after the book was at the top of the results when consumers searched for information about COVID-19.
In addition to monetary damages, the lawsuit requests that the court declare Warren's actions "unlawful and unconstitutional" and order her to produce a "public retraction of her letter."

Once upon a time, the First Amendment was understood to guarantee that books challenging governmental orthodoxy could be sold without fear of governmental intimidation or reprisal.

The book perpetuates dangerous conspiracies about COVID-19 and false and misleading information about vaccines. It asserts that vitamin C, vitamin D and quercetin … can prevent COVID-19 infection … And the book contends that vaccines cannot be trusted ...”
