WARNING: FEMA Camps Are Already Here - Military Vaccinations - Interstate Suspensions

(Decentralized Media) In July 2020, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) released a document titled, "Interim Operational Considerations for Implementing the Shielding Approach to Prevent COVID-19 Infections in Humanitarian Settings" laying the foundation for what we can honestly call, FEMA Camps or modern day Concentration camps. These camps outlined in the document will function as the WWII style Japanese ghettos for the unvaccinated or anyone that is deemed a threat to public "health". In the literature of many state sponsored bills that run along the same wording, anyone who rejects the spike protein based bio-weapon, that we now call the "vaccine" will be forced into it against their will.

Many of these Bills are now being presented in states around the country including Tennessee and NY. They are outlining the strategy of how state actors will determine whether you, a private citizen pose an imminent threat to the public, where then they can take you against your will, imprison you without due process of law and forcibly inject you with their Chinese developed bio-weapon.

Here is the excerpt from the NYS Senate Bill A416, notice the verbiage that the Governor, not a medical professional makes the determination and that it merely needs to be a "suspected case", not legitimized by proper testing. Although not defined in the bill specifically, this "suspected case, contact or carrier" wording becomes a broad weapon against anyone who is against the vaccine, outspoken about political handling of COVID or even deemed a potential threat to the overall agenda. The method used to determine whether someone falls into this category comes from a set of tools developed by private NGO's and now adopted by the CDC called "Surveillance Testing", we will touch on this a little more later.

   2.  UPON  DETERMINING BY CLEAR AND CONVINCING EVIDENCE THAT THE HEALTH
 OF OTHERS IS OR MAY BE ENDANGERED BY A  CASE,  CONTACT  OR  CARRIER,  OR
 SUSPECTED  CASE, CONTACT OR CARRIER OF A CONTAGIOUS DISEASE THAT, IN THE
 OPINION OF THE GOVERNOR, AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE  COMMISSIONER,  MAY
 POSE  AN  IMMINENT AND SIGNIFICANT THREAT TO THE PUBLIC HEALTH RESULTING
 IN SEVERE MORBIDITY OR HIGH MORTALITY, THE GOVERNOR OR HIS OR HER  DELE-
 GEE,  INCLUDING,  BUT  NOT  LIMITED  TO THE COMMISSIONER OR THE HEADS OF
 LOCAL HEALTH DEPARTMENTS, MAY ORDER THE REMOVAL AND/OR DETENTION OF SUCH
 A PERSON OR OF A GROUP OF SUCH PERSONS BY ISSUING A SINGLE ORDER,  IDEN-
 TIFYING  SUCH  PERSONS  EITHER  BY  NAME  OR  BY  A  REASONABLY SPECIFIC
 DESCRIPTION OF THE INDIVIDUALS OR GROUP BEING DETAINED. SUCH  PERSON  OR
 GROUP OF PERSONS SHALL BE DETAINED IN A MEDICAL FACILITY OR OTHER APPRO-
 PRIATE  FACILITY  OR  PREMISES  DESIGNATED BY THE GOVERNOR OR HIS OR HER
 DELEGEE AND COMPLYING WITH SUBDIVISION FIVE OF THIS SECTION.

3. A PERSON OR GROUP REMOVED OR DETAINED BY ORDER OF THE  GOVERNOR  OR  HIS  OR HER DELEGEE PURSUANT TO SUBDIVISION TWO OF THIS SECTION SHALL BE  DETAINED FOR SUCH PERIOD AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE DEPARTMENT MAY DIRECT
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS SECTION.

If we look into this bill we can begin to see how it is a gross violation of our Constitutional rights and how it sets the precedence for the potential removal of political opposition, social critics and what we will just call Patriots to the Republic. It is reiterated in section 3 of this Bill that you can be detained for an indefinite time with no legal recourse.

Here is the Tennessee Executive Order, which describes something eerily similar in the verbiage.

for the emergency involuntary commitment of a person with a mental illness or serious emotional disturbance based upon a telephone assessment of such person by a mandatory pre-screening agent

Temporary quarantine and isolation facilities maybe constructed...The provisions of Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 68-11-202( c )( 1 )-(8), are hereby suspended to allow for the construction of temporary structures, the plans for which would otherwise be subject to review for new construction, additions, or substantial alterations, as directed by the Commissioner of Health and the Director of TEMA in response to COVID-19; provided, that there shall be inspections of such structures to ensure safety, as necessary

The Tennessee Executive Order 86 is very vague in its description and does not define what is meant by "mental illness or serious emotional disturbance", or even if the telephone operator will be a qualified medical professional able to determine this. This type of dictation gives broad and concerning powers to the state and what could be perceived as a radical regime.

In the CDC document we first discussed, many of the references are from a UK study from the "London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine" labeled "Guidance for the prevention of COVID-19 infections among high-risk individuals in camps and camp-like settings". This document outlines the "appropriate" way to create what is known as Green Zones in camp like settings for "forcibly" displaced populations.

This Is Becoming Increasingly Concerning

Although the CDC document is not a smoking gun to interment camps, we have to look at the bigger picture and follow the narrative that is being laid down through time. We begin to see that there is a linear progression of connected policies and recommendations that feed down the chain into the state and local level as mandates, executive orders or laws.

The main Executive Orders and Agency Recommendations, which are broad and vague in actual policy direction, coming from the Federal Government and its agencies are amplified and implemented on the state level in a more direct, blunt an specific fashion. Even so much to pass this jurisdictional authority to self-governing cities and counties. It appears the more "conservative" the state the higher the probability that these directions will be implemented at the local level.

In the perception of how this would be implemented, this brings a level of psychological legitimacy to the people being quarantined, vaccinated or restricted in freedom. This comes about because it is being implemented not by a larger authority on the Federal level, but instead, close to home on the local level.

Surveillance Testing & Big Tech

In one of the first moves as President, Joe Biden penned Executive Order 13996, which at first glance appears harmless and benign. If we look closer we can see that this Executive Order outlines the prerequisites of the current narrative that is being presented.

Two parts of this EO bring about concern, more specifically due to their broad scope of and lack of definition. In Section 2, labeled COVID-19 Pandemic Testing Board, subsection (b) states,

Where have we heard this before...oh yeah, from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. If we remember correctly this includes everything from microchipped vaccines, quantum dot vaccine passports to genetically modified bio-markers that are electromagnetically conducive and reactive. This also includes existing technologi cal infrastructure and satellite based monitoring.

How does the Government define Surveillance Testing?

It is important to understand what is meant here. At first glance we would assume this is talking about simple COVID-19 testing and a sampling of the data of that pool. Yet a closer look at Surveillance and Screening we begin to see this is not the case.

This tells us that "Screening Testing" looks for occurrences at the individual level. It goes on to say "even if there is no individual reason to suspect infection". Did you just read what I read? This policy direction from the Federal Government, a toolkit that is being used in the perpetuation of this medical tyranny, is giving federal agencies broad surveillance powers beyond the scope of this fake pandemic threat. The continuation of this manufactured medical emergency has given federal agencies the go ahead to digitally surveil anyone at anytime and even so much as to restrict their freedoms based on these new surveillance and testing methods.

How will this work with the implementation of their agenda?

By implementing various domestic and international restrictions, the global regime is able to implement a access controlled system where all vital and essential services of a society including the participation within the private sector require a certain digital validation or testing. The individual digital targeting would be deployed by the integration of these streamlined testing systems combined with a genetics depository database and the algorithmic social database of big tech. When you put it all together, you see not a system designed for testing for COVID-19 but instead a system developed for the monitoring and surveillance of people within the Social Credit System. Where it now becomes nearly impossible to escape this system of control and anyone who becomes a dissenter, can easily be targeted with a false positive, quarantined and removed from society.

Signs of things to come?

Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin earlier this year met with FEMA leadership and agreed to the allocation of US Military's assets and personal to help fight the COVID-19 resurgence, which at the time was on a decline.

These 20 teams are being organized to support FEMA-identified sites and will be deployed as requirements evolve. This will bring out total amount to more than 4700 active-duty personnel supporting or preparing to support FEMA. These personnel are in addition to the more than 26,000 National Guard members and 3000 active-duty personnel who have been supporting COVID efforts over the last year.

Just this week, President Biden issued the order to the US Military to begin a system wide vaccination program. This program would require every member of the military and reserves to be vaccinated by mid September. From a command and control perspective this is a horrible and negligent move by DOD leadership. No military commander would ever issue the utilization of an experimental non-approved drug to be injected into every member of their forces at the same time. This is a huge red flag of a potential massive crisis we will be seeing in our military in the weeks to come.

This could potentially bring about some major problem including immuno-compromised military soldiers, sick and debilitated forces, break down in command and control structures, the potential for adverse reactions and even death of Generals, Admirals and upper level leadership that we would consider patriots. To me this is a very serious concern. We know the Biden Administration has been trying to remove those in the military with a loyalty to Trump. Through this mass vaccination program I think we will see exactly this. Potentially a culling of the field of military patriots who are the only ones standing in the way of this tyrannical threat and martial law.

Prepare For The Storm

We are headed towards a complete totalitarian state derived through medical tyranny. Just this week Joe Biden announced future restriction on interstate travel due to COVID-19 and even possible mandating of vaccine passports for interstate travel. This is only the beginning. The Administration, the globalist and those who are calling the shots need Americans literally divided and unable to communicate or move to each other. These are the first steps towards the division of our country, the breakdown of communication, the limitation of travel and the forefront of chaos.

We are seeing a mass influx of military age immigrants from African and Middle Eastern Countries coming over the Mexican border, reports of Chinese Infiltration already here in the United States and on the Canadian border. Align this with potential electric grid cyber attacks, supply chain disruptions, imminent economic collapse, restricted travel by federal directive and access controlled cities and we enter a time in our history where darkness is the encompassing storm.

Just today, DHS issued a warning of Foreign and Domestic Terrorism. This issue comes after Canada announces new restrictions, mandatory vaccines and lockdowns. It appears the US Government is about to announce something that they fear will spark retaliation from freedom loving groups or a false flag is imminent.

It is safe to say, we are at the precipice. It is time to wake up the masses.
